Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and VOD Cutters ("we", "us"), a business based in New York, USA. They apply when you request free samples or subscribe to our clipping service. By doing either, you agree to them.

1. Free samples

Free samples come with no obligation and no payment details. We usually deliver them within 48 hours, but we may decline a request, for example if we can't access the stream. Sample clips are yours to keep and post.

2. The service

• We clip the streams on the channel you subscribe for, usually within 48 hours of each stream ending.
• We pick the best two or three moments from each stream, up to 60 clips a month.
• For very long or round-the-clock streams, we clip the best parts rather than every hour.
• On the Clips + Long-form plan, we also make up to two long-form videos a month from your streams, each with a thumbnail and title.
• One subscription covers one channel.
• We deliver finished clips to a Google Drive folder you can access. You post them yourself.

3. Payment, renewal and cancellation

• The service is billed monthly, in advance, through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout.
• Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, online, from the link in your Stripe receipt, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops all future charges. We keep clipping until the end of the month you've paid for.
• We don't refund part-used months, except where the law requires it.
• If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your streams. You give us permission to access, download, copy and edit the streams and files you point us to, only so we can make your clips.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything in those streams, including music, other people and game footage. We may refuse content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that puts minors at risk.

5. The clips we make

Once delivered, the clips are yours to use however you like. We won't use your clips in our own marketing without your permission.

6. No guaranteed results

Views, followers and income depend on many things we don't control, so we don't promise any results. Platforms can remove or restrict videos. We aren't responsible for platform action caused by what's in your streams.

7. Disclaimers and limits on liability

We provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

8. Ending the service

You can cancel at any time, as described above. We can end the service if you break these terms. If we end it for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part of your current month.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If you're a client and the change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect.
